Vortech PCI Group S.L. is seeking an experienced SAP Project Manager with strong SAP PM expertise to join an international SAP environment in Madrid. The role focuses on end-to-end project delivery, planning, stakeholder management and coordinating cross-functional teams.

You will lead projects, manage plans, track progress, and report status to stakeholders, while working in a hybrid Madrid-based setting.

Formación

• Proven experience delivering SAP projects end-to-end.
• Solid knowledge of SAP PM (Plant Maintenance).
• Experience creating and managing project plans.
• Experience leading project follow-up meetings and steering committees.
• Experience managing multidisciplinary project teams.
• Experience handling project risks and escalations.
• Strong stakeholder and client management.
• High level of English.

Responsabilidades

• Lead SAP projects from planning through delivery.
• Create, maintain and monitor project plans, milestones and resources.
• Track progress and manage deviations against scope and timelines.
• Prepare and lead regular project follow-up meetings and steering committees.
• Report project status, risks, issues and decisions to stakeholders.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams including functional, technical and business profiles.
• Manage project risks, critical issues and escalations to reach resolution.
• Ensure alignment between business requirements, SAP teams and technical delivery teams.
• Support project activities related to SAP PM within an SAP AMS environment.

SAP PM Project Manager

About the role

We are looking for an experienced SAP Project Manager with strong knowledge of SAP PM (Plant Maintenance) to join an international SAP environment.

The position requires proven experience managing SAP projects end-to-end, taking full responsibility for project planning, follow-up, stakeholder management and team coordination.

This is a Project Manager position, rather than a functional consultant role with additional coordination responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead SAP projects from planning through delivery.
• Create, maintain and monitor project plans, including milestones, dependencies, resources, risks and key deliverables.
• Track project progress and manage deviations against agreed scope, timelines and objectives.
• Prepare and lead regular project follow-up meetings and steering committees.
• Report project status, risks, issues, decisions and next steps to relevant stakeholders.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams including functional, technical and business profiles.
• Manage project risks, critical issues and escalations, coordinating the appropriate stakeholders to reach resolution.
• Ensure alignment between business requirements, SAP teams and technical delivery teams.
• Support project activities related to SAP PM within an SAP AMS environment.

Requirements

• Proven experience working as a SAP Project Manager / Project Lead with direct responsibility for project delivery.
• Solid knowledge and experience with SAP PM (Plant Maintenance).
• Experience creating and managing project plans using project management tools.
• Experience leading project follow-up meetings and steering committees.
• Experience managing multidisciplinary project teams.
• Experience handling project risks, critical issues and escalations.
• Strong stakeholder and client management experience.
• High level of English.

Nice to have

• Experience working in SAP AMS / Application Management Services environments.
• Experience coordinating SAP functional and ABAP development teams.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA.

Working conditions

• Location: Madrid.
• Working model: Hybrid.
• Onsite presence: 2 days per week in Madrid.
