Capgemini Invent in Madrid is seeking a Project Manager – SAP S/4HANA to lead end-to-end digital transformation programs for top-tier clients. You will align business strategy with technology execution across finance, procurement, supply chain, and HR.

The role requires 1–3 years in SAP program management, strong stakeholder management, and fluency in English and Spanish. You will work in a global, collaborative environment and deliver measurable value.

Formación

• 1–3 years of experience in SAP program management.
• Proven track record in large-scale SAP S/4HANA implementations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering or related field.
• Proficiency in MS Project, Jira, Confluence, SAP Solution Manager.
• Power BI is a plus.
• Familiarity with SAP, Salesforce, or ServiceNow.
• Fluent in English and Spanish (C1 or higher).
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proactive, organized, and results-driven mindset.
• Ability to navigate complex stakeholder environments and drive governance.
• Decisive and results-oriented, with a focus on delivering value and achieving project objectives.

Your Impact

As a Project Manager – SAP S/4HANA, you will lead the end-to-end delivery of complex digital transformation initiatives for top-tier clients, ensuring measurable business outcomes and stakeholder alignment across multiple geographies.

You will be at the forefront of large-scale S/4HANA rollouts, aligning business strategy with technology execution and driving value realization across finance, procurement, supply chain, manufacturing, and HR.
