A consulting firm is seeking an experienced SAP Project Manager (MM/SD) to lead SAP transformation efforts. This hybrid role requires onsite presence 2 days a week in Madrid. The ideal candidate will have a strong SAP functional background, excellent communication skills, and proven experience managing project teams. The position offers a freelance contract for 12 months, with the possibility of extension.

Formación

• Strong functional background in MM or SD with hands-on understanding of MM & WM modules.
• Experience in leading and delivering SAP transformations in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to manage and coordinate cross-functional teams.

Responsabilidades

• Lead SAP project delivery using ASAP, Waterfall, or Agile methodologies.
• Manage and coordinate cross-functional teams (onshore & offshore).
• Own stakeholder management with business and IT leadership.
• Oversee SAP interfaces including MM PUR, Master Data, E-Commerce, IDocs, and 3PL warehouse processes.

Conocimientos

SAP functional background in MM or SD

Experience managing mid-to-large scale project teams

Strong stakeholder and vendor coordination abilities

Excellent communication skills

Educación

PMP/PMI certification

• Lead SAP project delivery using ASAP, Waterfall, or Agile methodologies.
• Manage and coordinate cross‑functional teams (onshore & offshore).
• Own stakeholder management with business and IT leadership.
• Oversee SAP interfaces including MM PUR, Master Data, E‑Commerce, IDocs, and 3PL warehouse processes.
• Drive communication and alignment with diverse management and team members.

Required Skills & Experience

• SAP functional background in MM or SD (both MM & WM exposure preferred).
• Experience managing mid‑to‑large scale project teams.
• Strong stakeholder and vendor coordination abilities.
• PMP/PMI certification preferred.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to influence across teams.
