Westernacher Consulting seeks a seasoned Project Manager to lead SAP IT projects from kickoff to delivery in a dynamic, multinational environment. You will develop and maintain detailed project plans, drive milestones, manage risks, and present regular status updates to stakeholders in English and Spanish.

The role requires 5+ years in SAP project management, experience with EWM/TM/IBP and S/4HANA is a strong advantage, and a willingness to travel.

Formación

• Minimum 5+ years as Project Manager on SAP-enabled projects.
• Experience with SAP modules and S&4HANA projects is a strong advantage.
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong English and Spanish communication and presentation skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead SAP IT projects and drive delivery across scope, timelines, and budgets.
• Develop and maintain project plans, WBS, milestones, risk management and staffing plans.
• Set deadlines, assign responsibilities, monitor progress and prepare status reports.
• Drive decisions to ensure project success considering timing, risk, and business benefits.

Your Responsibilities

• Lead SAP IT projects
• Develop and maintain IT project plans, including work breakdown structures, project milestones, critical path analyses, risk assessment and management plans, cost/benefit analyses, staffing plans, project timelines, and project budgets
• Set deadlines, assign responsibilities, and monitor and summarize the progress of projects
• Prepare project status reports
• Drive decisions to ensure the success of projects, taking into accounttiming, risk, functional requirements, and business benefits

Your Skills And Experience

• More than 5 years of experience as a Project Manager, managing complex projects with a SAP background
• Experience in Supply Chain Execution (EWM, TM, Yard) and/or Supply Chain Planning (IBP, SAC) and/or S/4HANA as a SAP Project Manager and/or Senior Consultant is a strong advantage
• Proficiency in Project Management methodology, project planning tools, and techniques; Waterfall and Agile methodologies
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; advanced Excel skills (nested functions, formulas, text functions) and excellent PowerPoint skills
• Strong experience with work management tools and platforms (Jira, Signavio etc.)
• Proficiency in Project Planning – the ability to work with a project team to create a detailed project plan and resource plan from rough order of magnitude documentation
• Excellent relationship-building and networking skills, and the ability to function successfully in a team environment
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and Spanish (other languages such as German, French,Italian are an advantage)
• Readiness to travel if the project tasks require it
