A consultancy firm is seeking an Organizational Change Manager for a 6-month contract to support a global SAP S/4HANA rollout in Barcelona. The role involves leading change management activities, collaborating with teams, and ensuring smooth adoption of processes across Finance, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing. Experience in large-scale ERP programs is essential. This position is primarily remote but includes site visits.

Are you a dynamic and driven Change Management Consultant with a passion for delivering impactful transformation in the for a consultancy we work with? We're looking for an experienced professional to support a global SAP S / 4HANA rollout for a Global Client

Key Responsibilities

• Lead core change management activities including vision creation, stakeholder engagement, training needs assessment, business readiness evaluation, and programme office support.
• Drive change across Finance, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing processes within the SAP S / 4HANA implementation.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams and client stakeholders to ensure smooth adoption and alignment with business goals.
• Quickly integrate into the programme and take ownership of change delivery.

Requirements

• Proven experience in change management within large-scale ERP programmes, ideally SAP S / 4HANA.
• Hands‑on experience with change delivery across Finance, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing functions.
• Proactive, adaptable, and confident in navigating complex stakeholder environments.
