A consultancy firm is looking for an experienced Organizational Change Manager for a contract role supporting a global SAP S/4HANA rollout. Responsibilities include leading change management activities and engaging stakeholders across Finance, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing. The ideal candidate has proven experience in ERP change management and is able to navigate complex environments. This role offers remote work with occasional site visits.

Formación

• Proven experience in change management within large-scale ERP programmes, ideally SAP S/4HANA.
• Hands-on experience with change delivery across Finance, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing functions.
• Proactive, adaptable, and confident in navigating complex stakeholder environments.

Organizational Change Manager - Contract - 6 months+ - Remote with visits on site - Consultancy

Are you a dynamic and driven Change Management Consultant with a passion for delivering impactful transformation in the for a consultancy we work with? We're looking for an experienced professional to support a global SAP S/4HANA rollout for a Global Client

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead core change management activities including vision creation, stakeholder engagement, training needs assessment, business readiness evaluation, and programme office support.
• Drive change across Finance, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing processes within the SAP S/4HANA implementation.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams and client stakeholders to ensure smooth adoption and alignment with business goals.
• Quickly integrate into the programme and take ownership of change delivery.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in change management within large-scale ERP programmes, ideally SAP S/4HANA.
• Hands-on experience with change delivery across Finance, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing functions.
• Proactive, adaptable, and confident in navigating complex stakeholder environments.
• Please note: This role does not require expertise in add-on OCM areas such as benefits realisation or operating model re-engineering
