Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in SAP functional consulting, SAP integration, or functional leadership roles.
- Strong knowledge of SAP S/4HANA and/or SAP ECC.
- Experience leading functional integration across SAP modules and non‑SAP systems.
- Understanding of end‑to‑end business processes and cross‑functional SAP integration.
Responsibilities
- Lead functional integration across SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC, and third‑party enterprise applications.
- Gather requirements and translate into functional integration specifications and designs.
- Ensure alignment with end-to-end business processes across multiple SAP modules.
- Coordinate integration between SAP and MES, LIMS, WMS, CRM, and other systems.
- Collaborate with SAP consultants, integration developers, solution architects, and stakeholders.
- Define integration requirements including processes, data mapping, and interfaces.
- Lead workshops to identify integration requirements and improvements.
- Support SAP implementations, migrations, transformations, and global rollouts.
- Coordinate integration testing, UAT, defects, and process validation.
- Ensure solutions meet GxP pharmaceutical requirements.
- Provide functional guidance and resolve cross‑system issues.

We are looking for an experienced SAP Integration Functional Lead to drive functional integration activities across a complex SAP landscape for our pharmaceutical client. The role focuses on ensuring seamless integration between SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC, and non‑SAP enterprise applications while aligning solutions with business processes and operational requirements.
You will act as the key link between business stakeholders, SAP functional teams, and technical integration specialists, leading requirements gathering, functional solution design, and cross‑functional coordination throughout SAP implementation and transformation initiatives.
- Lead functional integration activities across SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC, and third‑party enterprise applications.
- Gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into functional integration specifications and solution designs.
- Ensure alignment of SAP integration solutions with end‑to‑end business processes across multiple SAP modules.
- Coordinate functional integration between SAP and enterprise systems such as MES, LIMS, WMS, CRM, and other business applications.
- Work closely with SAP functional consultants, integration developers, solution architects, and business stakeholders.
- Define functional integration requirements, including business process flows, data mapping, and interface dependencies.
- Lead functional workshops to identify integration requirements, process gaps, and improvement opportunities.
- Support SAP implementation, migration, transformation, and global rollout programs.
- Coordinate integration testing, UAT, defect resolution, and business process validation.
- Ensure integration solutions meet pharmaceutical industry requirements, including GxP compliance.
- Provide functional guidance and resolve cross‑system integration issues throughout project delivery.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in SAP functional consulting, SAP integration, or functional leadership roles.
- Strong functional knowledge of SAP S/4HANA and/or SAP ECC.
- Proven experience leading functional integration activities across SAP modules and non‑SAP enterprise systems.
- Strong understanding of end‑to‑end business processes and cross‑functional SAP integration.
- Experience gathering business requirements, preparing functional specifications, and coordinating solution delivery.
- Understanding of SAP integration concepts, including IDocs, APIs, interfaces, and data flows, from a functional perspective.
- Experience integrating SAP with enterprise applications such as MES, LIMS, WMS, or similar systems.
- Experience working within regulated pharmaceutical environments (GxP).
- Experience supporting large‑scale SAP implementations, transformations, or global rollouts.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and cross‑functional coordination skills.
- Fluent English is required.
