Fusion Consulting in Barcelona, Spain, seeks an experienced SAP Integration Technical Architect to define and govern the integration architecture across a complex SAP and enterprise landscape for a pharmaceutical client.

You will design scalable, secure integrations between SAP S/4HANA, SAP cloud solutions, legacy SAP systems and non-SAP apps, aligning with enterprise standards and architecture.

Formación

• Minimum 5 years as SAP Integration Architect, Technical Architect, or SAP Integration Consultant.
• Extensive experience with SAP Integration Suite / SAP CPI.
• Strong knowledge of SAP S/4HANA and/or SAP ECC integrations.
• Experience with SAP PI/PO and SAP BTP integration capabilities.
• Knowledge of REST, SOAP, OData, IDocs, RFC/BAPI, SFTP, XML, JSON.
• Understanding of API management, integration patterns, and security.
• Experience integrating SAP with SAP and non-SAP systems in regulated environments.
• Experience in large SAP transformation, implementation, or rollout programs.
• Strong stakeholder management and fluent English.

Responsabilidades

• Define and maintain the SAP integration architecture, strategy and standards.
• Design end-to-end integrations across SAP S/4HANA, ECC, cloud solutions and third-party systems.
• Lead architecture and technical design using CPI, PI/PO, APIs, IDocs and RFC/BAPI.
• Define integration patterns ensuring scalable, secure and maintainable solutions.
• Review designs and guide developers, consultants and vendors.
• Support integrations between SAP and MES, LIMS, WMS, CRM and cloud apps.
• Collaborate with SAP functional teams, Security, Infrastructure and stakeholders.
• Support migration from SAP PI/PO to SAP Integration Suite / SAP BTP.
• Ensure monitoring, error handling, security and performance standards.
• Support SAP transformations, migrations and global rollouts.

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced SAP Integration Technical Architect to define and govern the integration architecture across a complex SAP and enterprise application landscape for our pharmaceutical client. You will be responsible for designing scalable, secure, and reliable integrations between SAP S/4HANA, SAP cloud solutions, legacy SAP systems, and non-SAP applications, while ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture and technical standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and maintain the SAP integration architecture, strategy, and technical standards.
• Design end-to-end integrations across SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC, SAP cloud solutions, and third-party systems.
• Lead architecture and technical design using SAP Integration Suite / CPI, SAP PI/PO, APIs, IDocs, OData, SOAP, REST, and RFC/BAPI.
• Define appropriate integration patterns and ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and maintainable.
• Review technical designs and provide guidance to integration developers, consultants, and vendors.
• Support integration between SAP and enterprise platforms such as MES, LIMS, WMS, CRM, and cloud applications.
• Work closely with SAP functional teams, Solution Architects, Security, Infrastructure, and business stakeholders.
• Support modernization initiatives, including migration from SAP PI/PO to SAP Integration Suite / SAP BTP.
• Ensure appropriate integration monitoring, error handling, security, and performance standards.
• Support SAP transformation, migration, and global rollout programs.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience as SAP Integration Architect, Technical Architect, or SAP Integration Consultant.
• Extensive experience with SAP Integration Suite / SAP CPI.
• Strong knowledge of SAP S/4HANA and/or SAP ECC integrations.
• Experience with SAP PI/PO and SAP BTP integration capabilities.
• Strong knowledge of REST, SOAP, OData, IDocs, RFC/BAPI, SFTP, XML, and JSON.
• Strong understanding of API management, integration patterns, and integration security.
• Experience integrating SAP with both SAP and non-SAP enterprise systems.
• Experience within regulated pharmaceutical environments (GxP).
• Experience working on large SAP transformation, implementation, or rollout programs.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Fluent English is required.
