Nordex SE in Tajonar, Spain, seeks an experienced SAP Inhouse Consultant (m/f/d) to design, implement, and continuously improve SAP HCM solutions. You will work closely with process owners, partners, and IT to deliver end-to-end HCM processes in an agile setting.

The role requires 5+ years in SAP-HCM, strong knowledge of On-Premise, SuccessFactors, and SAP Fiori, plus payroll and time management expertise. Fluent Spanish and English are essential.

Formación

• Degree in computer science, business informatics, business administration or comparable.
• 5+ years of experience as an SAP-HCM consultant in an international environment.
• Strong process and technical expertise in SAP HCM On-Premise, SuccessFactors and SAP-Fiori.
• Solid knowledge of SAP Payroll and Time Management processes.
• Knowledge of interface support and integration technologies, including IDocs and SAP CPI, desirable.
• Fluent Spanish and English language skills.

• Solid knowledge of SAP Payroll and Time Management processes
• Good understanding of project management methodologies and processes; practical project experience is considered an advantage
  • Knowledge of interface support and integration technologies, including IDocs and SAP CPI, is desirable
