Job summary

MediaMarktSaturn Plattform Services GmbH in El Prat de Llobregat is seeking an experienced SAP HCM specialist to harmonize global HR processes and deliver SAP HCM solutions across countries. You will work with HR, IT, and product teams to implement PA, PT, OM and ESS/MSS functionalities.

The role requires strong analytical skills, international project experience, and fluent English. A proactive, team‑oriented mindset and willingness to learn are essential.

Qualifications

Degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Economics or similar.
Solid experience in SAP HCM customizing, preferably SAP ERP 6.08.
Good knowledge of PA, PT, OM, ESS/MSS and/or Fiori.
Good understanding of HR processes and the ability to connect business needs with technology.
Experience in international projects, rollouts or process harmonization.
Strong analytical, organizational and problem-solving skills.
Open-minded, proactive, goal-oriented personality with a high responsibility.
Strong communicator with international stakeholders and cultures.
Team player, curious and willing to learn.
Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.

Your Tasks

Analyze business requirements and translate them into effective SAP HCM solutions.
Design concepts and support international projects, rollouts and go-lives.

Your Profile

Required studies and competences

Degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Economics or similar.
