Schwarz Digits, the IT and digital division of the Schwarz Group, seeks an SAP security specialist to manage user access, roles, and authorizations across SAP S/4HANA and related systems. You will ensure SoD compliance and collaborate with business and IT for secure identity governance.

You will drive cross-system authorization architectures, support audits, and contribute to agile projects like SAP GRC and Cloud Identity Services while optimizing the User Maintenance Tool workflows.

Formación

• Experience in SAP role and user management (e.g., PFCG, SU01, SU24).
• Knowledge of SAP HCM/HR (PA/OM) authorizations.
• Hands-on experience with the User Maintenance Tool.

Responsabilidades

• Central control and administration: support SAP user and authorization services for Schwarz Group companies.
• Create, customize, and maintain user roles and authorizations in SAP S/4HANA and related systems per SoD rules.
• Support SAP PA/OM integration and organizational assignments mapping.
• Provide technical and functional consulting as a cross-system point of contact for access requests and identity architectures.
• Participate in cross-functional projects with agile methodologies (GRC, IAM, Cloud Identity Services) and optimize workflows.
• Execute authorization checks and assist audits; advance security standards in Identity & Access Management.
