Job summary

Westernacher Consulting is seeking an SAP FI/CO Solution Architect to join our Spain-based consulting team. You will shape end-to-end SAP S/4HANA Finance and Controlling solutions, translating complex transformation goals into scalable, integrated architectures.

You will combine deep SAP Finance expertise with advisory and leadership, collaborating across international project teams and guiding decisions for cross-functional integration.

Qualifications

• 9+ years of SAP experience focusing on FI/CO architecture and transformation programs.
• Proven leadership of complex SAP transformation projects including multiple full-cycle implementations.
• Strong knowledge of SAP S/4HANA Finance integration with other modules and cross-functional processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end SAP S/4HANA FI/CO architectures across transformation programs.
• Translate finance transformation goals into scalable SAP solutions.
• Guide architecture decisions and advise senior stakeholders on options and trade-offs.
• Ensure alignment between SAP FI/CO and cross-functional processes and integrations.
• Mentor consultants and developers to ensure solution quality across workstreams.
• Contribute to pre-sales activities with solution design, estimates, and proposals.

We are looking for an SAP FI/CO Solution Architect to join our consulting team in Spain. In this role, you will shape end-to-end SAP S/4HANA Finance and Controlling solutions and help customers translate complex transformation goals into scalable, integrated architectures. You will combine proven SAP Finance expertise with strategic advisory, solution leadership, and close collaboration across international project teams.

How You’ll Make An Impact

• Lead the design of end-to-end SAP S/4HANA FI/CO architectures across complex transformation programs
• Translate business strategies and finance transformation goals into scalable, integrated SAP solutions
• Guide architecture decisions and advise senior stakeholders on solution options, dependencies, and trade-offs
• Ensure alignment between SAP FI/CO and relevant cross-functional processes, applications, and integration points
• Lead and mentor consultants and developers, supporting solution quality and consistency across project workstreams
• Contribute to pre-sales activities through solution design, estimates, proposals, and customer presentations

Your Expertise

• 9+ years of relevant SAP experience, with a strong focus on SAP FI/CO solution architecture
• Proven experience leading complex SAP transformation projects, including at least four full-cycle implementations
• Comprehensive knowledge of SAP S/4HANA Finance, including SAP FI and CO, configuration, solution design, and integration with other SAP modules
• Broad cross-functional understanding and the ability to design robust end-to-end finance processes
• Experience advising senior stakeholders and communicating complex solution decisions clearly
• Excellent consulting, presentation, and facilitation skills in English and Spanish
• Willingness to travel according to project requirements
