Responsabilidades

• Analyze and improve business processes for efficiency and effectiveness.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and address process improvement opportunities.
• Define and document business requirements for technology solutions.
• Coordinate with the Technology department to implement process changes.
• Ensure alignment of business processes with organizational goals.
• Monitor and report on the performance of implemented processes.
• Provide training and support on new processes and technologies.
• Act as a point of contact for process-related inquiries.
