OneTalent is recruiting an IT Business Partner for Manufacturing with expertise in SAP PP/QM/PM, to support Operations across multiple plants in an international FMCG group. The role blends business partnering, project management, application support and team coordination to deliver global transformation programs.

You will act as a trusted technology partner for Manufacturing and Operations, translating plant needs into scalable technology solutions and driving adoption across sites.

Formación

• Around 7+ years of experience in IT roles related to Manufacturing, Operations, Supply Chain or industrial environments.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end manufacturing and plant processes.
• Solid functional knowledge of SAP PP, QM and PM.
• Experience managing IT projects in Manufacturing or Operations environments.
• Understanding of SAP interfaces and integrations with external systems.

Responsabilidades

• Act as the key IT partner for Manufacturing and Operations stakeholders, from Plant Directors to shopfloor key users.
• Gather and challenge business requirements and translate them into technology solutions.
• Lead SAP and non-SAP projects from requirements gathering through implementation and stabilization.
• Coordinate external technology partners responsible for solution development and implementation.
• Drive adoption of new systems and ways of working across manufacturing sites.
