ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

We are looking for a SAP Customer Service Consultant to join our team of Digital Transformation in our offices in Bilbao.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and define business processes related to customer service.
• Configure and implement the SAP CS (Customer Service) module.
• Integrate SAP CS with other relevant modules : PM (Plant Maintenance) SD (Sales & Distribution) MM (Materials Management).
• Participate in implementation migration or continuous improvement projects.
• Train key users and provide functional support.
• Document processes and configurations.
• Collaborate with technical teams on specific developments (ABAP).

ABOUT YOU

Do not hesitate to apply if...

• You have at least 6-8 years experience as an SAP CS consultant.
• You have experience in SAP projects in industrial companies.
• You have functional knowledge of after-sales service processes service orders contracts warranty management etc.
• You have technical knowledge of SAP ECC or S / 4HANA (ideally S / 4HANA) and integration with PM SD and MM modules.
• You have the ability to read ABAP code (not essential but an advantage).
• You have a high level of English. Other languages will be considered a plus.
• Are a team player with technical excellence.
• Can work independently with a flair for innovation.
