Liebherr IT Shared Service Centre Ibérica, based in Madrid, is seeking an SAP S/4HANA Controlling (CO) Consultant to join its global transformation journey. You will contribute to international SAP deployments and help shape controlling and financial performance management across countries.

In a cross‑functional, multicultural team, you will design configurations, run workshops, and support change management. Travel up to 30% is expected.

Formación

• 3-5 years of professional experience as an SAP CO consultant with international deployments.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related discipline.
• Proven expertise in SAP S/4HANA Controlling implementations, ideally in large-scale, industrial manufacturing, multinational environments with Controlling business models.
• Strong process knowledge in cost center accounting, profit center accounting, product costing, internal orders and their integration points with SD, MM, FI, etc, and non‑SAP solutions.
• Knowledge of SAP RAR (revenue accounting and recognition) is a plus.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze business challenges and translate them into SAP solutions that drive efficiency and value.
• Familiar with JIRA and Confluence (or similar tools) for task management and team collaboration.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly to both technical and non‑technical audiences.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken); additional languages (e.g., German) are an advantage.
• A collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively in multicultural and cross‑functional teams.
• Willingness to travel internationally (up to 30%) as required by project work.
• SAP S/4HANA Controlling certification or equivalent credentials are a strong plus.

In this role, you will contribute to global SAP S/4HANA deployments, shaping the future of our controlling and financial performance management processes across multiple countries. Creating passion: your responsibilities

• Drive the successful implementation of SAP CO within our global S/4HANA transformation program, ensuring consistency with the Liebherr global template.
• Translate complex business requirements into robust SAP CO solutions (including configuration and customization), with a focus on cost controlling, product costing, profit center accounting, cost center accounting and internal orders.
• Act as a trusted advisor to business stakeholders, providing expert guidance across all project phases: Design, realization, testing, cutover, go-live and post go-live support.
• Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and knowledge transfer to empower key users and stakeholders.
• Contribute to change management activities, ensuring adoption of new processes and S/4HANA solutions.
• Support the creation of solution documentation leveraging tools such as JIRA and Confluence.
• Collaborate closely with an international, cross‑functional team to deliver high quality, scalable solutions that support our global growth.
• Travel (up to 30%) to Liebherr sites worldwide to engage directly with business teams and support deployments.
