Zoi is expanding its European team in Barcelona, delivering AI-first strategies for manufacturing and retail. We seek a Service Manager to lead SAP and Cloud Managed Services, ensuring high performance, security, and strong customer partnerships.

Formación

• Customer-facing leadership experience with enterprise accounts.
• Hands-on SAP Basis and cloud infrastructure knowledge.
• Experience with ITSM tools like ServiceNow or Jira.
• Strong understanding of project management, SLAs and service management.
• Financial acumen with cloud cost budgeting and FinOps practices.
• Professional fluency in English and Spanish.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the technical team to ensure timely, cost-effective SAP and cloud service delivery with strict SLA adherence.
• Oversee incident and problem management with root cause analyses.
• Coordinate and oversee changes across SAP and Cloud environments to ensure maximum availability.
• Monitor performance, guarantee high availability and reliable backups.
• Enforce security and compliance through regular audits.
• Mentor team members and foster a high-performing environment.
• Build strong customer relationships and manage client expectations proactively.
• Apply FinOps principles to monitor costs and optimize usage.
• Maintain optimal team size and resource balance to ensure delivery quality.
