Job summary

Antal International in Barcelona is seeking an SAP Business One Consultant to join its IT SAP team. The role blends functional SAP Business One consulting with hands-on system work and direct interaction with business stakeholders in an international environment.

With a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience, you will focus on continuous improvement, business process optimisation and the implementation of new SAP solutions.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of relevant SAP Business One experience.
• Advanced knowledge of SAP Business One.
• Advanced knowledge of T-SQL and writing queries.
• Advanced knowledge of Crystal Reports.
• Knowledge of B1 Usability Package.
• Knowledge of Microsoft .NET.
• Experience with SAP Business One add-ons or integrations.
• Experience with functional analysis and requirements gathering.
• Hands-on troubleshooting and process improvement in SAP B1.
• Finance and accounting processes understanding.
• English proficiency for international collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Analyse business requirements and translate them into SAP Business One solutions.
• Work hands-on with SAP Business One, supporting and improving business processes.
• Analyse and resolve functional issues and identify opportunities for system optimisation.
• Participate in SAP Business One implementation, enhancement and change projects.
• Gather, analyse and document functional requirements.
• Work closely with business users, IT teams and external SAP partners.
• Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and solution validation.
• Support the implementation of new processes, functionalities and system improvements.
• Prepare and maintain reports according to business requirements.Provide functional support and training to end users.
• Coordinate with external providers on integrations, regulatory requirements and developments.
