Formación

Role Overview

We are seeking a SAP Basis Consultant / Administrator with solid experience in SAP NetWeaver and S/4HANA environments to join a dynamic technical team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the maintenance, administration, and continuous improvement of the SAP infrastructure.

The environment is technically challenging, featuring cloud-based infrastructure (AWS) and Oracle as the primary database. Previous experience with the SAP HCM module will be considered a plus, though it is not a mandatory requirement.

Key Responsibilities

• Technical administration of SAP NetWeaver and S/4HANA systems.
• Installation, configuration, and maintenance of SAP environments (DEV, QAS, PRD).
• System performance monitoring and resolution of technical incidents.
• Patch management, system upgrades, and application of OSS Notes.
• Oracle database administration within the SAP environment.
• Management of RFC connections, SAProuter, and the transport system (CTS).
• Technical support in cloud environments (AWS), including system deployment and maintenance of virtualized systems.
• Collaboration with infrastructure, development, and functional teams.

Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of experience as a SAP Basis Consultant.
• Strong experience with SAP NetWeaver and S/4HANA.
• Proficiency in cloud environments, preferably AWS.
• Experience with Oracle databases.
• Understanding of Linux / Unix operating systems.
• Intermediate to upper-intermediate English level (minimum B2) for an international technical environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in SAP HCM projects (not mandatory).
• SAP Basis or HANA certifications.
• Knowledge of SAP Fiori, SAP Solution Manager, SAPCAR, and SNOTE.
• Familiarity with high availability (HA / DR) environments.
• Experience in system integrations (e.g., SuccessFactors).
