CBS Corporate Business Solutions in Barcelona is seeking an experienced SAP Authorizations Specialist to join our on-site team. Based in Barcelona, you will design, implement, and maintain SAP authorization concepts across modules, ensuring secure access for users and regulatory compliance.

You will analyze requirements, map them to roles, create and adjust user roles, perform regular reviews and audits, and collaborate with IT security and SAP consultants.

Formación

• 3+ years SAP authorizations administration experience.
• Experience creating, modifying and maintaining SAP authorization roles with strong security standards.
• Troubleshooting errors and access incidents regarding user provisioning and permissions.
• Advanced knowledge in at least one SAP module is preferred.
• Excellent English skills (verbal and written) in an international environment.
• Energetic, proactive team player with willingness to learn and motivate others.

For our Barcelona location, we are looking for experienced SAP Authorizations Specialist (m/f/d) to become part of our experts team.

Role Description

The SAP Authorizations Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Barcelona. This role is responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining SAP authorization concepts across relevant SAP modules, ensuring secure and compliant access for users. Day-to-day tasks include analyzing business requirements, mapping them to roles and authorizations, creating and adjusting user roles, and performing regular authorization reviews and audits. The specialist collaborates closely with business process owners, SAP consultants, and IT security teams to resolve authorization issues, optimize role design, and support project implementations and system upgrades. The role also involves documenting authorization processes, contributing to best practices, and providing guidance and training to users and project teams on SAP access and security.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years SAP authorizations administration experience
• Experience with the creation, modification and maintenance of SAP authorization roles following highest state-of-the-art system security standards.
• Experience troubleshooting errors and access incidents regarding user provisioning and permissions.
• Ideally, advanced knowledge in at least one SAP module
• Ability to work in interdisciplinary, remotely coordinated teams: team-oriented work spirit in an international environment.
• Must have: excellent English skills (both verbal and written)
• Have positive attitude, energy and willingness to learn new areas and drive to make it happen
