Phoenix Contact in Spain is seeking an in-house SAP Access Consultant to securely enable users worldwide to work within the group’s SAP systems. You will operate in a dynamic, evolving environment and contribute to a hybrid SAP landscape.

You will create and manage roles and authorizations, develop future authorization concepts for S/4HANA, support IT audits, and drive continuous improvement in access processes while coordinating with technical and business stakeholders.

Formación

• Very good knowledge of authorization management.
• Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA and Fiori authorizations.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills across technical and business stakeholders.
• Exceptionally accurate and precise way of working.
• Change management capabilities.
• Ability to act in a constantly and rapidly changing environment.

Responsabilidades

• Create and manage roles and authorizations in group-wide SAP systems.
• Develop and implement new authorization concepts for future SAP S/4HANA projects (on-premise and cloud-based).
• Take on (partial) project management responsibilities in the areas of SAP Identity and Access.
• Development and monitoring of compliance guidelines, as well as providing support during IT audits.
• SAP user administration.
• Ensure proper and up-to-date documentation following ITSM-requirements.
• Continuous Improvement: Identifying opportunities for improving Access processes and implementing best practices.

As an In-House SAP Access Consultant (m/f/d), you will establish the fundamental conditions that enable our users worldwide to work securely and effectively in the Phoenix Contact Group’s SAP systems. You will be working in a dynamic and evolving environment that is gradually being transformed into a hybrid SAP system landscape.

KEY TASKS

• Create and manage roles and authorizations in our group-wide SAP systems
• Develop and implement new authorization concepts in preparation for future SAP S/4HANA implementation projects (on-premise and cloud-based)
• Take on (partial) project management responsibilities in the areas of SAP Identity and Access
• Development and monitoring of compliance guidelines, as well as providing support during IT audits
• SAP user administration
• Ensure proper and up-to-date documentation following ITSM-requirements
• Continuous Improvement: Identifying opportunities for improving Access processes and implementing best practices
