Key Responsibilities :
  • Prepare, create, present, monitor, analyse and report IT license figures in close collaboration with the Global SAM team.
  • Contribute to vendor inventory and audit requests.
  • Support IT managers in software optimization initiatives.
  • Participate in software deployment strategies.
  • Prepare software‑related business cases.
  • Manage license provisioning and maintenance contracts with software vendors within the European scope.
  • Monitor invoices and ensure proper follow‑up.
Skills : Essential :
  • Expertise in Software Asset Management with strong knowledge of major software vendor metrics (Microsoft, IBM, VMWare, Oracle…).
  • Fluent English with strong communication skills.
  • Good understanding of IT frameworks, infrastructure and services.
  • Advanced MS Excel skills (Pivot Tables, functions and formulas).
  • Excellent communication, analytical and problem‑solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a multicultural and international banking environment.
