The role involves designing Salesforce architectures, leading integration projects, and managing strategic initiatives. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of experience, deep knowledge of Salesforce technologies, and strong communication skills. This position offers a hybrid work model, allowing for 3 days onsite and 2 days remote.

We are supporting an international end client in their search for a highly experienced Salesforce Solution Lead with a strong technical-functional profile.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who combines hands‑on technical expertise with strategic vision and wants to take the next step toward a leadership role.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and define Salesforce architectures aligned with business objectives.
• Propose scalable, simple technical solutions across multiple Salesforce clouds.
• Lead integration projects (e.g., SAP or other ERP systems).
• Act as a technical reference : validate decisions, ensure quality, and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.
• Manage maintenance and enhancement projects, progressively moving to large-scale strategic initiatives.

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience as Salesforce Developer (Apex, Visualforce, Lightning).
• Currently focused on architecture design, technical solutions, and project management.
• Ability to bridge business, IT, and external vendors.
• Strong soft skills : communication, autonomy, and product vision.
• English B2+ / C1 (daily use).

Requirements

• Degree in Engineering, IT, or similar.
• 5+ years of solid Salesforce experience
• Deep knowledge of Apex, Visualforce, Lightning, and advanced configuration.
• Experience in complex integrations (SAP highly valued).

Nice to Have

• Experience in international environments and with external vendors.
• Background in consulting or large IT ecosystems.
• Knowledge of SAP or complex integrations.

• Hybrid : 3 days onsite + 2 remote.
