This includes identifying potential gaps and advising on the best solutions.
They should serve as a technical reference, possessing in-depth knowledge of the platform’s technical background, and act as a guide for the growth and development of other team members. The Technical Lead works in close collaboration with the Project Manager, Delivery Manager, and the Client Lead.
