Omega CRM Consulting busca un Platform Manager de Salesforce Marketing Cloud para liderar la automatización de campañas para una de las principales compañías farmacéuticas. Coordinará flujos de trabajo, optimizará procesos y evaluará integraciones con CDP, API y otras herramientas de marketing digital.

Se requiere experiencia en Salesforce Marketing Cloud o Adobe Campaign, conocimiento de SQL y JavaScript, y fluidez en inglés.

Formación

• 2–3 años de experiencia en Salesforce Marketing Cloud o Adobe Campaign
• Conocimiento de CDP es una gran ventaja
• Certificación en marketing automation técnica deseable (Arquitecto o Desarrollador)
• Capacidad de traducir requisitos de negocio y técnicos en mejoras de software
• Conocimiento de bases de datos, SQL, ETL y llamadas web (API)
• Competencia en ampscript, JavaScript, HTML, CSS; Python es un plus
• Amplio entendimiento del SDLC y CDP es una ventaja
• Experiencia en entorno de software house o consultoría es preferible
• Conocimiento de diseño de email y sitios web es deseable
• Familiaridad con herramientas Atlassian (Confluence, JIRA, Bitbucket) es una ventaja
• Conocimiento de Pharma (Veeva CRM) es un plus
• Experiencia en soporte de producción y resolución de problemas

Responsabilidades

• Construcción y entrega de flujos de campañas alineados con briefs de mercados
• Garantizar calidad y entrega a tiempo de campañas con métricas y QA
• Optimizar procesos de campaña y automatización de plataformas
• Especificación técnica y UAT de mejoras en el conjunto de herramientas de automatización
• Depuración de incidencias y reporte de problemas a IT
• Documentación de mejoras, plantillas y procesos técnicos
• Desarrollo y prueba de mejoras de scripts (incluido JavaScript), extensiones de esquema y llamadas web
• Creación y mantenimiento de flujos técnicos, plantillas de campañas, landing pages y contenido HTML
• Colaboración con Campaign Support Services y Platform Management Omnichannel

Omega CRM Consulting is looking for a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Platform Manager that would like to collaborate with one of the top 15 global pharmaceutical companies. The Salesforce Marketing Cloud Platform Manager will enable the HPS DU (Human Pharma Delivery Unit) Campaign Automation Services to efficiently and effectively build and automate campaign journeys with their expertise and management of technical aspects of the platforms. The primary platform will be Salesforce Marketing Cloud, but may also include other tools across tour client´s digital engagement environment, such as other Adobe Marketing Cloud software, CDP - customer data platforms, database management systems, and proprietary work-intake tools. The Platform Manager will also leverage and help maintain team-specific spaces within the Atlassian tool stack, including JIRA, Confluence, and BitBucket.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Ensure that campaign workflows and deliveries are built to serve the business needs and expectations as defined in the campaign briefings provided by the markets
• Ensure high end-to-end and on-time quality of campaigns, including proper setup to enable measurement and QA-s of campaigns
• Owning and optimizing campaign processes, including platform automation and driving innovation ideas for efficiency and quality
• Technical spec input and user acceptance testing (UAT) of software enhancements within the marketing automation toolset
• Debugging of workflow and delivery issues, plus reporting and tracking of platform issues and bugs with IT support
• Documentation of enhancements, templates, and technical processes
• Development and testing of script enhancements (including JavaScript), schema extensions, web (API) calls, etc.
• Creation and maintenance of technical workflows, campaign workflow templates, landing pages (web applications), and HTML content
• Collaborating with the Campaign Support Services
• Communicating & close collaboration with Platform Management Omnichannel

Omnichannel Requirements & Desired Skills

• Bachelor’s Degree in technical studies or business administration with a strong tech background
• Excellent campaign management and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize workload efficiently and to manage multiple, complex projects simultaneously
• At least 2-3 years of Salesforce Marketing Cloud or Adobe Campaign experience, knowledge of CDP is a big plus
• Technical marketing automation certification preferred (ie. Architect or Developer is ideal of any enterprise marketing automation platform)
• Experience in translating business and technical requirements into software enhancements
• Knowledge of databases, SQL, ETL, and web (API) calls
• Proficiency in ampscript, JavaScript, HTML, CSS; Python is a plus
• Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), knowledge of CDP is a big plus
• Experience in a software house, consultancy, or project delivery environment preferred
• Knowledge of email and website design preferred
• Exposure to Atlassian tools (Confluence, JIRA, BitBucket) is a plus
• Pharma knowledge (including Veeva CRM) is a plus
• Experience in production support and troubleshooting preferred
• Self‑motivated, detail-oriented, and adaptable
• Fluency in English
