We are looking for a passionate and skilled Salesforce Marketing Cloud Specialist to join our team in Madrid.

Responsibilities

• You will be part of transformative digital projects, helping shape customer journeys and marketing automation strategies that make a real impact.
• Design and implement customer journeys using Salesforce Marketing Cloud Journey Builder.
• Develop and maintain functional and technical documentation to support project delivery.
• Support change management and solution implementation across marketing platforms.
• Develop campaign optimisation processes including automation, incident management, and technology research.
• Work with the account management team in the creation of customer journeys in SFMC.
• Lead regional technical architecture strategy in SFMC.
• Prepare summaries of technical meetings in order to be able to follow up the project.

Minimum Requirements

• 4 years of experience working with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including Journey Builder.
• SFMC knowledge (licence utilisation and scalability, campaign management, data governance, email template creation, testing, automation, set‑up, reporting, etc.).
• Ability to quickly react to ad-hoc requests from different users and markets, working as a very lightweight support function.
• Strong understanding of marketing automation, customer segmentation, and campaign execution.

Bonus

• Experience with Salesforce CRM Analytics.
• SQL basic knowledge.
• High level of written and spoken English.

Location & Work Model

This position is based in Madrid, following a hybrid work model, combining remote work with in-office collaboration to foster team synergy.

It is essential to reside in Spain and have a valid work permit.
