Main responsibilities

  • Participate in analysis for marketing automation and martech solution development.
  • Participate in the implementation of marketing cloud development infrastructure.
  • Analyze clients' specific marketing and technology needs and contribute to communication processes in systems by implementing developments.
  • Perform basic technical and specialized marketing tasks.
  • Implement and develop the necessary processes to run cloud-oriented marketing automation solutions.
  • Launch developments and automation processes that best suit cloud implementation.
  • Participate in development consulting services to ensure smooth operation of automated communication processes.
  • Implement developments to activate automated communications and marketing automation processes that meet clients' needs at different touchpoints.
  • Implement the latest technological advances and marketing technology solutions.
  • Perform test trials, error diagnostics, and resolve development issues in marketing automation and martech tools.
  • Document development processes and track system performance metrics.
  • Meet the software quality standards set by Omega's technical management.

Mandatory Skills

  • Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role.
  • Experience in Data Cloud and Personalization projects.
  • Experience in HTML and CSS development.
  • Salesforce certifications are an asset.
