Making Science is seeking a Salesforce Junior Functional Consultant to join our Salesforce consulting team in Madrid. This entry-level role focuses on configuring Salesforce, building Flows, reporting, and documenting requirements while learning from senior colleagues.

You will work on Sales Cloud and Service Cloud projects across sectors, with flexible hours and one day of remote work per week. Ideal for recent graduates with Salesforce training and strong Spanish and English skills.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree or higher vocational degree in a related field.
• Trailhead or Salesforce training is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree or higher vocational degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Admin, or similar.

Responsabilidades

• Platform Configuration: configure Salesforce objects, fields, layouts, views, and simple workflows.
• Automation Support: assist in creating and maintaining Flows and Process Builders under supervision.
• Reporting: create basic reports and dashboards for business tracking.
• Documentation: prepare functional documentation and meeting minutes.
• Client Support: participate in status meetings and workshops with senior consultants.
• Testing: perform functional testing (UAT) before deployment to production.
• Continuous Learning: train in new Salesforce features including Generative AI solutions.
