Job Description

We’re looking for a hands-on Salesforce Developer with CPQ expertise to join our growing team. This is a great role for someone who enjoys building scalable solutions in Salesforce while also taking ownership of core administration and system optimization. You’ll partner with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and support Salesforce solutions that drive efficiency, improve the user experience, and enable business growth.

What You’ll Do
Salesforce Development & Customization

Build and maintain custom solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Flows.

Develop integrations with other systems (REST / SOAP APIs, middleware such as Workato).

Ensure platform stability, data integrity, and system security.

CPQ Administration & Enhancements

Configure and manage CPQ products, price rules, approvals, and OmniStudio-generated documents.

Optimize quote-to-cash processes to make selling smoother and faster.

Partner with stakeholders to continuously refine CPQ workflows.

Platform Operations & Support

Monitor jobs, troubleshoot issues, and keep the system running smoothly.

Handle data migration, cleansing, and maintenance to ensure high-quality reporting.

Stay ahead of Salesforce releases and recommend features that add business value.

Qualifications

What We’re Looking For

  • At least 2 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator / Developer, with a focus on development.
  • 1+ years of hands‑on experience with Salesforce CPQ (a plus).
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, data models, and platform capabilities.
  • Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Salesforce automation tools.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across global teams and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Bonus : Experience with integrations and tools like Workato.
