Job summary

Vortech PCI Group S.L. is seeking a Salesforce Consumer Goods Cloud Business Analyst to join an international implementation project.

You will translate business requirements into functional Salesforce solutions, lead workshops, and manage backlogs while guiding the project from definition through go-live. The ideal candidate has 7+ years in Salesforce implementations, strong knowledge of Consumer Goods Cloud, and proven stakeholder management in Agile environments.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Functional Consultant on Salesforce projects.
• Hands-on functional experience with Salesforce Consumer Goods Cloud, especially Retail Execution, Visit Management, Trade Promotion Management and Order Management.
• Proven client-facing experience leading workshops and managing stakeholders.
• Strong knowledge of requirements gathering, business process mapping, BRDs and user stories.
• Experience in Agile environments, managing functional backlogs and collaborating with technical teams.
• Experience supporting UAT, defect management and go-live activities.
• Understanding of CPG business processes including field sales and retail execution.
• Advanced English (C1) and professional Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirements-gathering workshops with business and IT stakeholders.
• Analyse and translate retail execution, trade promotion management and field sales processes into functional specifications, user stories and process flows.
• Perform fit-gap analysis against Salesforce Consumer Goods Cloud capabilities, including Retail Execution, Visit Management, Trade Promotion Management and Order Management.
• Recommend configuration or customization approaches based on business requirements.
• Manage the functional backlog, collaborating with Solution Architects, Developers and QA teams.
• Support UAT planning and execution, including test scenarios, defect management and client sign-off.
• Act as the main functional point of contact for the client, managing expectations, status updates and change requests.
• Prepare business process documentation, requirements traceability matrices and training materials.
• Support functional discussions related to data migration and integrations with ERP and trade promotion systems.
• Contribute to solution design decisions, ensuring alignment with business objectives and industry best practices.

About the role

At Vortech PCI Group, we are looking for a Salesforce Consumer Goods Cloud Business Analyst to join an international Salesforce implementation project, working directly with client stakeholders to translate business requirements into functional solutions.

We are looking for a senior functional professional with 7+ years of experience in Salesforce implementations, strong knowledge of Consumer Goods Cloud, and proven experience in requirements gathering, functional analysis, stakeholder management and Agile delivery.

The ideal candidate will be comfortable leading client workshops, managing functional backlogs, and supporting implementation activities from requirements definition through go-live.

REQUIREMENTS

• Hands‑on functional experience with Salesforce Consumer Goods Cloud, particularly Retail Execution, Visit Management, Trade Promotion Management and Order Management.
• Proven experience in client‑facing roles, leading workshops and managing business stakeholders.
• Strong knowledge of requirements gathering, business process mapping, functional specifications, BRDs and user stories.
• Experience working in Agile environments, managing functional backlogs and collaborating with technical teams.
• Experience supporting UAT, defect management and go‑live activities.
• Understanding of Consumer Goods / CPG business processes, including field sales, merchandising and retail store execution.
• Excellent analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Advanced English (C1).
• Professional proficiency in Spanish.

QUALIFICATIONS

Relevant Salesforce certifications, such as:

• Salesforce Consumer Goods Cloud Accredited Professional.
• Salesforce Agentforce Specialist.
• Salesforce Sales Cloud Consultant.

NICE TO HAVE

• Experience implementing Salesforce Consumer Goods Cloud or Vlocity‑based Industry Clouds end‑to‑end, from discovery to go‑live.
• Experience in CPG, FMCG or retail distribution environments.
• Knowledge of Salesforce OmniStudio.
• Experience with mobile field sales applications.
• Familiarity with image recognition or shelf audit tools.
• Experience working in nearshore or delivery‑center models supporting international projects.

WORKING CONDITIONS

• Location: Barcelona, Spain.
• Working model: Hybrid – 2 days per week at the client's offices.
• Project: Salesforce Consumer Goods Cloud implementation.
• Working languages: English and Spanish.
