The successful candidate will lead communications for Salesforce CRM initiatives, ensuring alignment across various teams and managing stakeholder expectations. Strong skills in communication strategy and stakeholder management are essential. This role requires a hands-on approach in a high-demand, agile environment, with responsibilities including translating complex system changes into user-friendly communications.

Location: 100% REMOTE EU based – Client location Spain (Spanish and or French fluency good to have )

Duration: 8 months +

RED is currently seeking a Salesforce Communication lead for an initial 8-month contract opportunity with one of our global end clients.

Suitable candidates will have the below:

• Experience leading communications across SuccessFactors and Salesforce CRM initiatives, including Customer Service, Field Execution, with Order Management and future B2B capabilities
• Hands‑on approach with the ability to sit directly with Sales stakeholders, understand business priorities, and translate them into a structured communications plan
• Proven ability to manage communications across frequent releases, supporting markets that are already live with ongoing updates, enhancements, and adoption messaging
• Experience leveraging existing communication strategies, frameworks, and best practices to ensure consistency across programs
• Strong stakeholder management skills, partnering across Sales, Change, Training, and Product teams to align messaging and delivery
• Ability to translate complex systems and process changes into clear, user-friendly communications, tailored for business audiences and customer-facing teams
• Comfortable supporting and delivering demos, walkthroughs, and stakeholder‑facing sessions to drive engagement and adoption
• Highly organized and able to operate in a high-demand, agile environment, managing multiple releases and competing priorities
