redk - CRM & CX Transformation is seeking a Salesforce Consultant (Business Analyst) to join our professional services team in Spain. You will work closely with stakeholders to understand business strategy, processes, services and roadmaps, and translate that into Salesforce-based solutions.

The role requires 2+ years of Salesforce implementation experience (Sales, Service, or Marketing Cloud), English and Spanish language proficiency, and Salesforce Certification.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum 2 years delivering Salesforce implementations (Sales/Service/Marketing Cloud).
• At least 1 Salesforce Certification; more certifications are a plus.
• Strong CRM industry knowledge and analytical thinking.
• Excellent communication, documentation and problem-solving skills.

We are looking for a Salesforce Consultant (Business Analyst with experience in the product & consultancy) to join our professional services team.

The ideal candidate is a team player who provides business analysis services for and on behalf of redk. The focus of this positions is to work closely with stakeholders to gain in-depth understanding of customers’ business strategy, processes, services, roadmap and the context in which the business operates.

We are definilety looking for you if you

• Properly demonstrate and present solutions based on the Salesforce platform and ecosystem (Sales, Service Cloud orMarketing Cloud)
• Evaluate business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas fo improvement, and developing and implementing solutions.
• Demonstrate up-to-date expertise in Information Systems and apply this to the development, execution and improvement of action plans by providing advice and guidance to others in the application of information and best practices.
• Participate in multiple projects by completing and updating project documentation; managing project scope; ensuring efficient and on-time delivery of project tasks and milestones; following proper escalation paths.
• Effectively communicating your insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management.
• Manage customer relationships and expectations by developing a communication process to keep others up to date on project progress.
• Collaborate closely with developers to implement the requirements, testing, or support system conversions, upgrades, enhancements.
• Monitor, track and control outcomes to resolve issues, conflicts, dependencies and critical path deliverables.
• Follow the established company methodology.
• Continuing professional development in order to keep abreast of emerging technologies, methods and best practices.

Knowledge and experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience defining and delivering complex Salesforce implementations (Sales, Service Cloud or Marketing Automation).
• A minimum of 1 Salesforce Certification will be required, additional certification will be positively evaluated.
• Strong background and knowledge of the CRM industry.
• Demonstrate a natural curiosity about emerging technologies, especially in the field of AI, and how these can enhance the Salesforce ecosystem.
• Advanced documentation skills.
• Communication skills; able to explain difficult concepts to non-technical users.
• Analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
• Experience creating reports and giving presentations/training sessions.
• Experience in Project Management Methodologies within a tech environment, Agile, SCRUM, Waterfall, etc.
• Experience ofworking autonomously in a fast-paced technology company.
• Self-motivated,decisive, with the ability to adapt to change and competing demands.
• A good level of English would be a must.
• Spanish as first language.
