Job summary

Finom is seeking an experienced Salesforce/HubSpot Administrator – Revenue Systems (SaaS) on a contractor basis. You will audit CRM and revenue systems, resolve data inconsistencies, and help optimize how AI systems understand complex workflows.

You should have 4–6 years in Salesforce/HubSpot or similar CRM platforms, experience leading CRM implementations, and strong SQL/API/data reconciliation skills in a SaaS environment, plus excellent English.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years hands-on experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics 365, or similar CRM platforms.
• Experience leading CRM implementations, migrations, consolidations, or rollouts.
• Strong knowledge of fields, objects, flows, validation rules, automation, and permissions.
• Experience with at least two revenue or operational systems such as billing, CPQ, ticketing, or integration platforms.
• Working knowledge of SQL, APIs, data models, and cross-system data reconciliation.
• Experience working in SaaS environments.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.

We are seeking experienced Salesforce / HubSpot Administrators – Revenue Systems (SaaS) to support a customer project focused on operational excellence across CRM and revenue systems.

You'll use your CRM expertise to evaluate real-world SaaS operations, resolve data and process inconsistencies, and help improve how AI systems understand complex business workflows. No prior AI experience is required.
