Job summary

Finom is hiring an experienced Salesforce/HubSpot Administrator to support Revenue Systems in a remote contractor role. You will audit CRM and revenue workflows, resolve data inconsistencies, and document operational decisions.

You’ll work across billing, CPQ, ticketing, and integrations, ensuring governance and data integrity while enabling AI-driven processes. Fluency in English is required; SaaS experience preferred.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years hands-on experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics 365, or similar CRM platforms.
• Experience leading CRM implementations, migrations, consolidations, or rollouts.
• Strong knowledge of fields, objects, flows, validation rules, automation, and permissions.
• Experience with at least two revenue or operational systems such as billing, CPQ, ticketing, or integration platforms.

Responsibilities

Role Type: Contractor
Location: Remote

We are seeking experienced Salesforce / HubSpot Administrators – Revenue Systems (SaaS) to support a customer project focused on operational excellence across CRM and revenue systems.

You’ll use your CRM expertise to evaluate real‑world SaaS operations, resolve data and process inconsistencies, and help improve how AI systems understand complex business workflows. No prior AI experience is required.
