What you will be doing as a Salesforce Administrator

• Application Management : Manage and optimize our Salesforce environment based on business requirements.
• User Support : Provide support to end-users during their use of internal applications.
• Testing : Conduct acceptance tests and provide feedback to colleagues.
• Monitoring : Monitor the environment to ensure optimal performance.

How will you do this?

• Perform technical analysis on business queries.
• Evaluate options critically before developing no code / low code solutions aligned with best practices.
• Present your solutions in a non-technical manner to colleagues.
• Set up necessary reporting to monitor processes on the platform.
• Develop a testing framework to ensure the quality of deployments and the overall environment.

Your skills and mindset to start at Protime

• You enjoy tackling complex questions with your analytical and critical thinking skills.
• You can work independently, organized, and flexibly within a dynamic environment.
• In-depth knowledge in automating processes via Flows based on software development logic.
• Knowledge of Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC) is a plus.
• In-depth knowledge of Salesforce with several years of experience in a similar role. Knowledge of CPQ or Revenue Cloud is a big plus.
• Comfortable with SOQL and SQL queries
• Experience with setting up and performing tests on Salesforce platform
• Given the international context , we expect a perfect knowledge of English . Knowledge of any other language (such as Dutch, Spanish, German, …) is an asset.
