A leading tech recruitment firm is looking for an ambitious Sales Manager to spearhead growth across the DACH region. This role involves leading a talented sales team and driving new business in a product-led company. The ideal candidate has proven success in B2B SaaS sales and is fluent in German and English. A hybrid work model is offered in Barcelona.

Formación

  • Proven success in B2B SaaS sales, ideally in a high-velocity or fast-growth environment.
  • Experience leading and coaching sales teams while still delivering strong personal results.
  • Deep knowledge of the DACH market and fluency in German and English.
