A global technology company is seeking a motivated individual for the role of Pre-Sales Support in Smart Power Spain. This position involves managing customer requests, coordinating pricing and availability, and ensuring documentation accuracy. This Position reports to: EL Product Marketing Manager.
In this role, you will ensure the precise and timely administration of pre‑sale customer requests across all sales channels so that Sales and Product Marketing can make well‑informed decisions and move fast. Day to day, you’ll execute and continuously improve our pre‑sales support model for Smart Power Spain – coordinating prices & availability, quotations, SPAs/SPR governance, tender documentation, and system hygiene – while proactively escalating issues to secure swift resolution.
The work model for the role is: hybrid – #LI-Hybrid.
This role contributes to the Electrification Business – Smart Power Division (Spain). Main stakeholders include Channel Sales (OEM, PB&I, Distribution), Technical Promotion, Product Marketing Specialists (Breakers & Digital, Switches & Fusegear, Enclosures, Motor Starting & Safety), RDC planning/logistics, factories, distributors, panel builders, installers, and end‑user influencers.
You’ll join a collaborative, high‑energy team that bridges Product Marketing and every sales channel. We operate with clear SLAs, crisp documentation, and fast, friendly escalation so opportunities don’t stall.
