Responsabilidades

• Strengthen customer relationships and maximize vessel capacity.
• Proactively follow up on idle shipments and customer quotations.
• Track and manage Sales Quotations nearing expiration.
• Assist in maintaining accurate Market ID data.
• Liaise with pricing teams on freight rates.
• Promote CMA CGM Group Support Services.
• Handle and follow up on customer complaints.
• Support dispute resolution processes.
• Keep customer information up to date.

Conocimientos

Strong understanding of customer needs and behaviors

Familiarity with commercial policies and service offerings

Analytical mindset and business intelligence skills

Proactive approach to commercial initiatives

Job Title

Sales Support Officer (f/m/d) – Barcelona, Spain – Reports to the Sales Support Supervisor.

Mission

As a Sales Support Officer, you’ll strengthen customer relationships and maximize vessel capacity, supporting both Inside and Outside Sales teams by ensuring smooth administrative processes and delivering top-tier service, without managing a direct customer portfolio.

Functions

• Proactively follow up on idle shipments and customer quotations.
• Track and manage Sales Quotations (SQ) nearing expiration or not yet booked.
• Assist in maintaining accurate Market ID data.
• Liaise with pricing teams on freight rates and DDSM claims.
• Promote CMA CGM Group Support Services and Value-Added Services (VAS).
• Handle and follow up on customer complaints.
• Support dispute resolution processes.
• Keep customer information up to date and assist with reporting.
