Sales Director – Spain

Responsibilities
- Lead and drive the overall sales strategy for Spain in alignment with the company’s global and regional business objectives.
- Oversee sales operations across multiple dealerships and brands, ensuring strong performance and consistent standards.
- Achieve sales targets across retail, fleet, and used car segments while maintaining profitability and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with OEM partners on sales programs, incentive schemes, and market campaigns.
- Ensure excellence in sales processes, CRM management, and customer journey optimization.
- Drive team performance through coaching, goal setting, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate closely with Marketing, Aftersales, and Finance teams to ensure integrated commercial success.
- Manage budgets, forecasting, and performance reporting to the Managing Director and Board.
Qualifications
- Proven sales leadership experience from a leading automotive OEM or dealership group, with deep understanding of the Spanish market, strong commercial acumen, and a track record of delivering performance in a dynamic, customer-centric environment.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, or related field.
- 10+ years of progressive sales leadership experience in the automotive industry, ideally with a global OEM or large dealer group.
- Strong track record in achieving sales and profit targets in a competitive, multi-brand environment.
- Deep understanding of Spanish automotive retail, fleet, and used car markets.
- Fluent in Spanish and English.
