The role requires 8+ years in Sales Strategy, Revenue Operations, or related fields, with strong experience in SaaS metrics, Salesforce, and analytics platforms.

About the Role

As the Sales Strategy Associate Director, you will act as a key member of the Corporate Performance & ESG Revenue Operations function, partnering with the General Manager and Sales Leadership to drive strategic planning, business performance, and revenue growth across the division. You will be responsible for translating corporate and divisional objectives into scalable commercial strategies, operating rhythms, and actionable insights that improve execution and accelerate growth. Leveraging a deep understanding of revenue operations, forecasting, pipeline management, and business analytics, you will help shape critical decisions related to resource allocation, growth opportunities, productivity, and go‑to‑market effectiveness. This highly visible role requires strong cross‑functional leadership and executive stakeholder management, partnering closely with Finance, Marketing, Customer Success, Product, and Operations teams to align priorities and deliver business outcomes. While primary alignment will be a key designated CPESG business unit, the role will also lead divisional strategic initiatives, establish best practices across the organization, and drive programs that improve commercial performance, operational scalability, and long‑term growth.

  • Commercial & Business Acumen – Strong understanding of SaaS business models, revenue drivers, and go‑to‑market strategies.
  • Revenue Planning & Performance Management – Expertise in forecasting, pipeline management, territory planning, quota design, and business performance frameworks. Strong command of leading and lagging indicators that drive predictable revenue growth.
  • Data‑Driven Decision Making – Advanced analytical capabilities with the ability to distill complex data into clear business insights and recommendations. Experience leveraging analytics to influence strategic decisions and improve commercial outcomes.
  • Operational Excellence – Ability to design and scale processes, operating rhythms, and governance frameworks that improve organizational effectiveness. Strong focus on execution, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • Executive Communication & Stakeholder Management – Exceptional communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders. Proven ability to build trusted relationships across Sales, Finance, Marketing, Customer Success, and Operations.
  • Technology & Transformation – Strong understanding of CRM, analytics, automation, and AI‑enabled technologies that support revenue growth and scalability. Experience driving technology adoption and operational transformation initiatives.
Qualifications
  • Education – Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Analytics, or a related field; MBA or equivalent experience preferred.
  • Experience – 8+ years of experience in Sales Strategy, Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Commercial Strategy, or related functions. Demonstrated success partnering with senior commercial leaders to drive revenue growth, business performance, and strategic planning initiatives.
  • Proven experience leading forecasting, pipeline governance, business planning, territory design, quota allocation, and performance management processes.
  • Strong track record of delivering executive‑level insights and recommendations that influence strategic and operational decision‑making.
  • Experience leading complex, cross‑functional initiatives within high‑growth or matrixed organizations.
  • Deep understanding of SaaS metrics and commercial performance indicators, including ARR, pipeline coverage, conversion rates, forecast accuracy, retention, and productivity measures.
  • Advanced proficiency in Salesforce, Power BI, and modern analytics platforms, with experience leveraging automation and scalable reporting solutions.
  • Proven ability to build credibility with executive stakeholders and drive alignment across diverse teams and priorities.
  • Experience mentoring and developing team members, fostering a high‑performance and continuous‑improvement culture.
