Formación

? Business Development Manager – Medical Devices

? Location: Home-based – Barcelona Area

? You will be responsible for driving the commercialisation of our products in the field of assisted reproduction, building strong client relationships and identifying new business opportunities.

? Your work will contribute to the company’s growth and ensure our innovative solutions reach leading clinics and professionals in the sector.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and expand the client portfolio across Catalonia & Aragon.
  • Visit IVF clinics, presenting products and new innovations.
  • Manage client communication, promotions, and evaluations via CRM.
  • Gather client feedback and provide input for product improvements.
  • Collect and analyse market insights (competition, pricing, trends).
  • Represent the company at national and international congresses.

What We’re Looking For

  • University degree (desirable, not essential).
  • 3+ years’ experience in sales and client management (preferably in medical devices or IVF).
  • Proven track record of meeting ambitious sales targets.
  • Languages: Catalan/Spanish bilingual (preferred), intermediate English (desirable).
  • Proactive, solution-oriented, with strong communication and organisational skills.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, Power BI and CRM Dynamics 365.
  • Willingness to travel frequently within Catalonia & Aragon.
  • Residence in the Barcelona area.
