A leading power solutions company is seeking a Sales professional to drive growth in Southern Europe. You will develop strategic sales plans, identify new opportunities, and maintain key client relationships. A bachelor's degree and over 5 years of experience in the power equipment sector are essential. Fluency in English and Spanish is required, along with the willingness to travel frequently.

Formación

  • 5+ years of sales or business development experience in the power equipment sector.
  • In-depth knowledge of medium and low voltage transformers.
  • Proven track record in achieving sales targets.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve or exceed company goals in the southern European market.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand market share in the transformer and power distribution sectors.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, EPCs, and partners across southern Europe.
  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to adapt and refine sales strategies.
  • Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses to senior management.
  • Collaborate with product management, technical, and customer service teams to ensure tailored solutions and high client satisfaction.
  • Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and client meetings throughout southern Europe.
Qualifications
  • Strong team player with excellent cross cultural communication skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, Business, or a related field
  • Over 5 years of sales or business development experience in the power equipment sector, with a strong focus on transformer technologies.
  • In-depth knowledge of medium and low voltage transformers, their applications, and customer requirements in the renewable and utility sectors.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth in the southern European market.
  • Fluent in English; proficiency in Spanish
  • Willingness to travel frequently across Southern Europe.
