The successful candidate will connect with leads, build customer relationships, and meet sales targets. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Connect with warm leads to assess their needs and offer appropriate solutions.
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with customers.
  • Communicate professionally and positively with clients and prospects through phone, email, and other channels.
  • Screen incoming inquiries and turn them into successful sales prospects.
  • Consistently meet or exceed sales targets, contributing to overall team achievements.
  • Adapt quickly to new tools, workflows, and systems while finding creative approaches to challenges.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Native-level of Swedishand good command ofEnglish (C1/C2).
  • Proven track record in sales with the ability to close deals (prior experience preferred).
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills.
  • Highly motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexible and quick to learn new technologies and procedures.
  • Work schedule includes 5 days weekly (Monday to Saturday) with shifts between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM.
