Job: Sales Consultant - Software Services

Role Description

You will assist in planning, coordinating, and managing events, ensuring smooth execution. Tasks include providing customer support, handling event logistics, and working closely with the events team or external vendors.

Qualifications
  • Strong Customer Service and Communication skills
  • Experience in Event Planning and Event Management
  • Excellent Organization Skills to coordinate tasks efficiently
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a remote setting
  • Knowledge of Barcelona’s local venues and vendors is a plus
  • Proficiency in English; additional languages, especially Spanish or Catalan, are advantageous
Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and engage potential clients across manufacturing, logistics, retail, and distribution sectors to promote IT-driven supply chain solutions.
  • Understand client pain points related to supply chain planning, procurement, logistics, and warehouse management.
  • Collaborate with internal solution architects, product teams, and delivery units to align technology capabilities with client needs.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle — from prospecting to closing — ensuring a consultative approach throughout the engagement.
