SALES REPRESENTATIVE - NEW MARKETS

As part of TheFork's international growth strategy we are building a dedicated Inside Sales team focused exclusively on selling our restaurant reservation and management system in new international markets. This is a unique opportunity to join a newly launched division within a high-growth tech company combining startup energy with enterprise scale.

What You’ll Do
  • Identify and contact in-scope restaurants across target pilot countries (e.g. Ireland, Poland, UAE) using cold calling and lead follow-ups from our CRM.
  • Pitch and sell our restaurant reservation and management system – TheFork Manager – that includes among other features: online reservation tools, table management, marketing and visibility services.
  • Educate and engage restaurant managers on the benefits of adopting TheFork Manager.
  • Own the full sales cycle from outreach to successful onboarding and activation.
  • Collaborate with your team to continuously test and learn, shaping the go-to-market strategy and supporting future scale‑up.
Who You Are
  • Fluent in English (other languages like Polish, Arabic, French or Spanish are a plus but not required).
  • Proven experience in B2B outbound sales ideally in SaaS or a fast‑paced commercial environment. A background in hospitality is a plus.
  • Target‑driven and proactive with a genuine love for closing deals and exceeding KPIs.
  • Strong communicator and influencer comfortable handling short sales cycles and fast decisions.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset excited by the idea of building something new, working in ambiguity and iterating fast.
  • Organized and autonomous able to manage a pipeline efficiently while staying resilient in a test‑and‑learn setting.
  • Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM tools is a plus.
