A leading restaurant booking platform is looking for a Sales Representative based in Barcelona to identify and engage restaurants. This role involves selling the restaurant management system, owning the sales cycle, and collaborating across teams. What You’ll Do
  • Identify and contact in‑scope restaurants across Flanders using cold calling and lead follow‑ups from our CRM.
  • Pitch and sell our restaurant reservation and management system – TheFork Manager – that includes online reservation tools, table management, marketing and visibility services.
  • Educate and engage restaurant managers about the benefits of adopting TheFork Manager.
  • Own the full sales cycle from outreach to successful onboarding and activation.
  • Collaborate with your team to continuously test and learn, shaping the go‑to‑market strategy and supporting future scale‑up.
Who You Are
  • Fluent in English and Flemish (other languages like French, Spanish, Arabic are a plus but not required).
  • Proven experience in B2B outbound sales, ideally in SaaS or a fast‑paced commercial environment. A background in hospitality is a plus.
  • Target‑driven and proactive with a genuine love for closing deals and exceeding KPIs.
  • Strong communicator and influencer, comfortable handling short sales cycles and fast decisions.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, excited by the idea of building something new, working in ambiguity and iterating fast.
  • Organized and autonomous, able to manage a pipeline efficiently while staying resilient in a test‑and‑learn setting.
  • Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM tools is a plus.
