Position Overview

We are seeking motivated and results-driven Sales Representatives to join our team. Each representative will focus on developing and growing sales within a specific region. This is a commission-only role, offering flexibility and the potential for high earnings. Ideal candidates should possess a passion for healthcare, strong communication skills, and the ability to establish effective relationships with healthcare practitioners and clinics.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities with clinics, healthcare practitioners, and wellness professionals.
  • Generate leads through calls, emails, and in-person visits (or video calls) if necessary.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to drive repeat business.
  • Present, promote and sell products to existing and prospective customers.
  • Provide product education and support to clients, including guidance on implementation and usage.
  • Track and manage leads, contacts, and sales activity using Excel or other tools.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and product knowledge.
  • Report progress and updates directly to the upper management.
Requirements
  • Experience in sales is preferred but not required—training is provided.
  • Strong understanding of healthcare products, treatment plans, or protocols.
  • Prior knowledge or experience in nutrition, health, or related fields is advantageous.
  • Comfortable discussing healthcare-related topics with professionals.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently.
  • Proficiency with Excel and familiarity with e-commerce platforms like Shopify are a plus.
  • Fluency in English is required.
  • Other languages are a bonus
Compensation and Benefits
  • Commission-based only for the first 8 months (flexible hours and earning potential).
  • Evaluation of performance after 8 months with the possibility of transitioning to a salaried role.
  • Training and ongoing support provided.
