We are looking for an Inside Sales Representative with some experience in the food and beverage sector to join our Valencia team. This is a great opportunity for someone with 2‑3 years of sales experience who wants to grow their career in an international environment.

Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding customer support by analysing, processing, and responding to customer and sales team needs.
  • Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
  • Speak with customers to understand their needs and resolve any issues.
  • Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
  • Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow‑up and outbound cold calls and emails.
  • Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure.
  • Assist with closing sales and achieving quarterly quotas.
  • Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest.
  • Maintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned territory.
  • Team with channel partners to build pipeline and close deals.
  • Perform effective online demos to prospects.
Knowledge & skills
  • 2 years of inside sales experience
  • BA / BS degree or equivalent.
  • Very good English skills.
  • Other languages, such as German and French, will be an advantage.
  • Strong phone presence and experience making a high volume of calls per day
  • Proficient with corporate productivity and web presentation tools
  • Experience working with Salesforce or similar CRM
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Strong listening and presentation skills
  • Ability to multi‑task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Able to work comfortably in a fast‑paced environment.
