Stryker is seeking a proactive Healthcare Sales Support specialist in Spain to drive business development within the Workplace & Community segment. You will support RSMs/PMs, grow hospital sales, and help optimize orders and kits on-site to accelerate revenue and meet targets.

The role requires a university degree (bio/healthcare) and fluent Spanish, with English desirable. Prior biomedical sales experience and strong relationship skills are valued.

Formación

Responsabilidades

• Grow sales in current hospitals, map customer needs to deliver added value.
• Assist in obtaining Purchase Orders to reduce open orders.

• Help reduce DOH in the region and prepare surgery kits.

Support the RSMs and PMs with the implementation of Business Development Strategies within the Workplace & Community business to ensure customer satisfaction and revenue acceleration, market share gain, and over performance of yearly targets.

Activities & Responsibilities

• Be a key player in growing sales in current hospitals, mapping and supporting customer needs to deliver an added value service level;
• Helping with getting the Purchase Orders from the customer to help reduce our open orders amount;
• Close contact with customers to optimize consignments, follow up on replacement of expired items;
• Support with reducing DOH in the region;
• Develop product knowledge to be able to support in setting up workshops with possibility to develop skills to lead workshops for clients;
• Need for pre and post-surgery support of sales team on location (intra Hospital);
• Helping prepare the kits for surgery / Helping getting kit ready for pick up after surgery. Checking for missing items, make sure kit is complete to be send back to our warehouse to reduce our loss items amount and reduce CAPEX investments

Education

• University degree (any) – Bio Engineering degree desirable, Marketing, Life sciences, Pharmaceutical, Business Administration or any Healthcare degree.
• Fluency in Spanish language – English desirable

Experience

• It is a plus experience in biomedical company. Interpersonal skill and ability to build relationships.
• Previous sales experience in healthcare environment, or as a healthcare support.

Spain Pay Ranges

• Spain: €32.900 - €54.700 EUR Annual
