Sales Operations Manager (m / f / d)

We are looking for a Sales Operations Manager to drive efficiency data-driven decision making and strategic alignment across our global sales operations. You will analyze and optimize sales processes provide actionable insights through data and collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business growth.

Responsibilities
  • Process Optimization - Analyze and streamline end-to-end sales processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness across global operations
  • Data Management & Analysis - Oversee the collection, organization and analysis of sales data to generate business intelligence and actionable insights
  • Market Intelligence (support) - Research and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and sales performance data to forecast sales, inform strategies, and identify new opportunities
  • Cross-Functional Alignment - Collaborate with marketing, finance and customer success teams to ensure data alignment and support shared business goals
  • Strategic Support - Provide crucial business intelligence and strategic recommendations to sales leadership to support effective decision-making
Required Skills & Experience
  • Analytical Skills - A strong analytical mindset with the ability to transform complex data into actionable recommendations
  • Technical Proficiency - Expertise with CRM tools, sales automation tools and advanced data analysis in Excel / GSheets

  • Project Management - Proven ability to manage multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously
  • Experience - First experience in sales operations, revenue operations, business analysis or a similar role ideally in a fast-growing or global company
